okay, in fierce invalids, main character thinks of his inside bits just as a ball of white light that transforms food into feces. this is a good start.

located at my solar plexus, i have Sun, firey ball of nuclear energy and aspect of moving principle (not being principle, she's cool, but i think more in terms of mover.) clearly, sun trumps pesky virus. or bacteria, or just... bad stuff. so. if i draw bad stuff in and centered to solar plexus sun autoclave of purifying light, and allow warming healthy life-light to shine into my crevices, i will be healthier. in addition, i constantly spray out these sunrays of healing energy. good good. being sun makes me and rest of world healthier and happier and suchlike.

okay, now, reiki comes in through your crown, right?
i think i heard kundalini comes up through your root. i need to think more, but i wanted to start to write this down.
